The Captains Stay is conveniently located in the heart of the historic district, just a short walk away from downtown and the famous Tryon Palace. the charming inn offers clean and comfortable rooms, with spacious bathrooms and updated amenities. the hospitality provided by the innkeeper, Craig, is second to none, with daily check-ins and an attentive service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with homemade treats such as French toast or freshly baked sourdough bread. the inn also offers a quaint front porch where guests can relax and take in the friendly atmosphere of the town.

My Easter weekend stay here was not what I expected. The facilities were poorly maintained.
